Abstract

The dynamic changes taking place in the world generate new challenges and challenges for lawyers. The legal education in which future law professionals are formed should meet the needs of society and the demands of the labour market, as well as take into account technological and cultural transformations to provide graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and competences to function successfully in the modern world. To remain competitive, legal training must keep pace with time, adapt to new realities and meet high quality standards. Without this, lawyers risk being behind the dynamic development of the legal field, unable to meet the needs of society and effectively protect the rights and interests of their clients. Adapting legal education to contemporary challenges is not only an update of programs and teaching methods, but also a transformation of thinking. The new generation of lawyers should be not only legal experts, but also flexible, adaptive, creative individuals, ready for constant self-improvement. However, the process of adapting legal education to the requirements of the modern world is accompanied by numerous problems and challenges. These problems include lack of practical skills in graduates, shortcomings in teaching methodologies, and lack of attention to an interdisciplinary approach. In addition, it is important to take into account the challenges of globalization, which require lawyers with the latest skills and competences. Insufficient orientation to the needs of the labour market can also complicate the process of adaptation of legal education. It is therefore important to constantly update curricula and provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful career in the modern world. In this article we will look at the key problems facing legal education today, as well as outline the prospects of its development and ways to ensure the quality of legal education, pointing to the key aspects that need to be taken into account for the successful preparation of students in this field. Consider what steps can be taken to improve the legal education system, taking into account current challenges and trends.
