THE PRINCIPLE OF SOCIAL JUSTICE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES TO PRESERVE NATIONAL WEALTH IN THE POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The study focuses on the urgent need to define definitions at the legislative level: “principle of justice” and “national wealth”. The need for such a definition arose due to the historical events of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, which encroaches on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, violates the fundamental principles and norms of international law, and has caused the country's economic decline, destruction of infrastructure and crimes against humanity. The author's research hypothesis is that the principle of justice as a regulator of social relations correlates with national wealth, at the level of lawmaking, management and law enforcement activities of public authorities for the effective post-war restoration of Ukraine. The enforcement of the principle of social justice by public authorities in the exercise of their powers will affect the quality of their activities, the state of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, the implementation of their guarantees, and will satisfy the public need for justice and inevitability of punishment for harm caused to the Ukrainian people.
