Purpose and tasks

The purpose of the collection "New Ukrainian Law" is a coverage of the results of scientific research of researchers on topical general theoretical and sectoral legal issues.

This goal defines the main tasks:

- to promote the creation of an open information environment that provides interaction between leading experts and young scholars in the field of legal sciences;

- to intensify the development of the international community of specialists in the field of theory and practice of legal science research;

- to promote the expansion of ties between the Kyiv Regional Center of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine with the scientific and educational communities.

The journal publishes articles by leading domestic and foreign scholars, as well as popularization of scientific research in legal sciences.
